A suitable Photo identity card in original (preferably school/college ID card) has to be produced by each student/accompanying faculty at LPSC security gate.
The list of students mentioning name, age, sex, standard and their accompanying teachers with their designation along with signed consent letter / approval by the HOD / Head of the institution of the School / College in official letter head has to be uploaded while registering online.
LPSC being a very strategic campus of high security, no electronic gadgets including mobile phones, pen drives, smart watches etc shall be allowed during the visit inside the campus. Arrangements have to be made by School / Colleges to deposit these items safe in their buses itself. LPSC will not hold the responsibility of safe custody of these items.
A maximum of hundred students per day along with their teachers can register for the visit.
College students are allowed for visit irrespective of their discipline of study. Regarding schools, since it is a high technology domain, only 8th Standard and above students shall be allowed for visit to the campus.
All visits shall be planned only on Fridays of every month.
